Apple compote French Toast

Cinnamon Pullman hand rolled in Korintje Cinnamon and sugar. This is  a soft, sweet, aromatic French toast with a decadent, sticky cinnamon sugar coating.  Topped with apple compote made with  fresh-cut Granny Smith apples ,fragrant cinnamon and nutmeg, pure apple cider, and a touch of candied ginger.
