Absolutely! When you order a meal program with us, you are able to select your meal entree choices and update them weekly 🙂

Not sure what is best for you? Contact us and we’ll build something that makes sense for your lifestyle! If you only need 10 meals a week, you can set up Bi-Weekly Deliveries, or once a month, whatever floats your boat. Your dollar goes furthest here!

You can order food for whenever works for you. We offer delivery and pick up Sundays and Wednesdays from 9 am -11am.
Orders for Sunday must be in by MIDNIGHT FRIDAY.
Orders for Wednesday must be in by MIDNIGHT MONDAY.
We are currently open for pick up on Wednesday’s and Sundays from 9am -11am. We start delivering at 9 am and last delivery is at 7pm. *If you selected pick up and can’t make it in time to pick up, we will contact you for delivery.
Our meals are made fresh for every order, this helps insure you have the freshest meals possible. Fish meals should be consumed within 3 days of delivery, all other meals within 5 days. * Our meals can be put in the freezer as well, just take it out of the freezer a day ahead of time to unthaw.

We know this is a touchy subject for some, however we try to make it as painless as possible. If you need to cancel please make sure to do so before the cut off of the day it’s ordered for. Once the order has officially processed on our cook reports all orders are final. If you want your ordered moved to a different day just let us know!
1 meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet. You’re already at or close to your goal weight. 2 meals Per Day – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week. You need some considerable help getting to your goal weight. 3 meals Per Day (Recommended) – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to eat right with no room for error on your part and are ready for a serious commitment. 4 meals Per Day – You have no time to cook and want to get most if not all of your calories from Vbfitfuel. If you’d like full macro control, building your own meals may be a better fit than our A La Carte Menu.
We delivery based off the time you request at check out. Please make sure someone is home for delivery as our meals are not delivered in coolers.In the winter months food can stay outside for awhile. In the summer months food needs to be put in the fridge within 2 hours for days under 87 degrees. We recommend you put the contents in your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain the freshness of your meals throughout the week.
Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume. We know there’s more than one way to eat healthy so we prepare meals that fit any diet: Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Clean, Bulk and A La Carte.
